Flexible Rebooking ONSITE – ONLINE Participation Tickets
Rebooking conditions for participation
Rebooking requests have to be sent in writing to Austropa Interconvention - Verkehrsbüro MICE Services.

Until 23 August 2021 you have the possibility to upgrade your registration from ONLINE to ONSITE or downgrade your registration from ONSITE to ONLINE.
Depending on the date of the upgrade/downgrade, the applicable registration fee will be charged/refunded.
After 23 August 2021 a downgrade from ONSITE to ONLINE within the same registration fee category is applicable in case of governmental travel restrictions as per https://reopen.europa.eu/en/.
